Starting a business can be an exciting and rewarding experience, but it also requires a lot of hard work and careful planning. The first step to starting a successful business is to identify a need in the market and develop a unique product or service that meets that need. It's also important to conduct market research and create a solid business plan that outlines your goals and strategies.
Once you have a clear idea of what your business will offer, the next step is to establish a legal structure and register your business with the appropriate government agencies. This will typically involve obtaining any necessary licenses and permits, as well as setting up a business bank account.
Finally, it's important to focus on building a strong team and creating a positive company culture. As the business owner, it's your responsibility to provide leadership and support to your employees, and to create a work environment that promotes collaboration and innovation. With dedication and hard work, starting a business can be a rewarding and fulfilling experience.
One of BIÂN’s three founders, CEO Joseph Fisher is a dedicated wellness enthusiast and entrepreneur, who has followed his passion for empowering connection and health through intentional pratices. In developing the project, Joe envisioned BIÂN as a sanctuary for building a community that navigates members through their own personal wellness journey.
Joe and his partners, who double as lifelong friends, created a solution for a distinct missing element in the healthcare experience: community and integrated support as the guiding force in the exploration of personal wellness. Holistic wellness and medicine has transformed Joe’s life, and in turn, has inspired him to share the same access to healing. After struggling with a wrist injury, Joe’s faith in traditional care was dwindling. Determined to find a guiding healing voice, Joe sought out alternative medicine with a holistic healer. Using an integrated approach, she addressed a plethora of underlying complications that encompassed his whole body and mind.
